Fall is sadly coming to an end but since it’s been pretty mild weather for Toronto this year, I’ve been able to stay warm in my cozy oversized sweaters while enjoying a cup of a hot chocolate (my favourite) in hand. The thing I love most about oversized sweaters is you can throw them on top of any outfit. For me, I’ve always been known to wear my night outfit under my day outfit. Adding a sweater on top of your outfit gives it that casual look while still looking like you’re ready to go out later in the night.
I can’t deny it’s been pretty chilly lately but one of my favourite things about the weather getting colder is being able to bring out my many scarves that have been hibernating all year long. For this outfit, I added my burgundy circle scarf for added warmth which complemented my look perfectly. I didn’t even realize until later on that my hair blended into my scarf – but it works!
I’m not going to lie but I’ve been wearing these faux leather pants for years and I still love them! They go with absolutely everything and they transition from day to night effortlessly. Not only are they the perfect pair of pants for fall but they are super stylish and flattering when worn with oversized sweaters, to balance out the look. They also make your legs look great for those wanting an alternative to wearing jeans all winter long.
